I’m an ICF-ACC Certified Leadership Coach with over 15 years of experience across technology, product, and leadership roles. My journey has been a blend of building digital products at scale and now supporting professionals as they grow into stronger, more self-aware leaders. I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 70 professionals from diverse backgrounds, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and lead with purpose. Previously, I served as the Chief Information Officer at IndiaMART. I’m a Computer Science graduate and hold an MBA from FORE School of Management. Coaching, for me, is a way to give back and walk alongside individuals as they unlock their full potential — one conversation at a time.
