I am working as an independent Leadership & HR Advisor and Executive Coach, since April’23, post 37 years of corporate career. The last 9 years I was the CHRO at Dabur & Havells. I have recently been working closely with Indian Promoter managed organizations and helping them in areas of Promoter & C-Suite Vision alignment, HR Strategy to support business, Talent Management, Employee Experience (EX), HR-Tech & Leadership Coaching. I have also worked with a middle east based FMCG organization for Coaching of their CXOs. I recently completed a Leadership Coaching assignment for a US based company in the space of Digital transformation. As part of my Stanford Seed consulting work, I have worked with SMEs in Africa and Asia in areas of HR Processes, Talent Management, PMS & Performance Pay. I have rich experience with Indian firms and MNCs, covering HRM, Business Processes, Sales & Mktg, Manufacturing, R&D, TQM & HR-Tech in organizations like Havells, Dabur, Whirlpool, Xerox & Eicher
